五陽煤礦超前謀劃,合理布局,實施(shi)井下運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系(xi)統(tong)技術改造,持續提升系(xi)統(tong)、升級(ji)裝備,不斷優化(hua)輔助運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系(xi)統(tong),減少輔助運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)人員,著力提升輔助運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)效率和智能(neng)化(hua)管理水平。
改造+600水平(ping)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)大(da)(da)巷(xiang)輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。“這套輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),不(bu)僅(jin)提高了車輛運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)效率,還提高了輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的安全性,尤其是電機(ji)廠(chang)掉道(dao)事故(gu)率大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降(jiang)低(di)。”據運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)科科長朱(zhu)文清介紹(shao)。通(tong)過+600水平(ping)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)大(da)(da)巷(xiang)巷(xiang)道(dao)修整、蓄電池電機(ji)車替(ti)代架線式電機(ji)車、軌道(dao)安全設施升級換(huan)代、各車場(chang)口平(ping)坡風手動(dong)阻車器的安裝,有(you)效防止車輛誤(wu)入、輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)信號(hao)集(ji)中控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)投(tou)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun),實現了+600水平(ping)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)大(da)(da)巷(xiang)智能化(hua)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu),運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)效率提升了20%。
單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)系(xi)統改(gai)造替(ti)(ti)代小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)接(jie)力(li)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)。針對礦井采(cai)區軌(gui)(gui)道巷和工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)接(jie)力(li)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)點多、線長、面(mian)(mian)廣,尤其是采(cai)區軌(gui)(gui)道巷道坡(po)度大(da),變坡(po)點多的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji),該(gai)礦將舊(jiu)采(cai)區單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)替(ti)(ti)代小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)接(jie)力(li)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),“單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)系(xi)統比小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)接(jie)力(li)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)系(xi)統更加安全(quan)(quan)可(ke)靠,減(jian)少(shao)(shao)了車(che)輛轉運(yun)環節次數,實(shi)現了真正的(de)(de)一(yi)站式(shi)(shi)(shi)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。”運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)科預算專班成員桑立國介(jie)紹。目前,該(gai)礦正在逐步淘(tao)汰絞(jiao)車(che)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)推廣應用單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),采(cai)掘(jue)工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)已全(quan)(quan)部淘(tao)汰小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),采(cai)用氣(qi)動單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)和小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)型柴(chai)油機單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)絞(jiao)車(che)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)每(mei)(mei)日(ri)每(mei)(mei)個頭(tou)面(mian)(mian)約4人(ren)進行運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)作業(ye),單(dan)(dan)軌(gui)(gui)吊(diao)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)每(mei)(mei)日(ri)約2人(ren)進行運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)作業(ye),15個頭(tou)面(mian)(mian)每(mei)(mei)日(ri)節省輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)人(ren)員30人(ren)。制定輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)“一(yi)面(mian)(mian)一(yi)策”方(fang)(fang)案和“一(yi)站式(shi)(shi)(shi)”運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)案,減(jian)少(shao)(shao)隊組輔(fu)(fu)助負擔,解決(jue)了采(cai)掘(jue)工(gong)作面(mian)(mian)運(yun)力(li)不(bu)足的(de)(de)瓶頸問題(ti),通(tong)過構建“最后一(yi)百米”直達用料地點運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)(shi),有(you)效減(jian)少(shao)(shao)了輔(fu)(fu)助運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)人(ren)工(gong)成本(ben)。
該礦(kuang)通過(guo)新(xin)工藝、新(xin)裝(zhuang)備(bei)不斷減少(shao)人(ren)員投入,降低員工勞動強度,加強對標,引進(jin)小型柴油(you)單軌(gui)吊機車,加快推進(jin)輔(fu)助運(yun)輸集中控制(zhi)升級改造和架空人(ren)車無人(ren)值守智能集控項目,搭建完成輔(fu)助運(yun)輸智能化控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統,保障(zhang)礦(kuang)井(jing)輔(fu)助運(yun)輸系(xi)(xi)統安全(quan)穩定高效運(yun)行。
