礦井安全突出“嚴”

精益(yi)精準(zhun)布局銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。該礦落(luo)實(shi)集團“以(yi)安全(quan)排銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)、以(yi)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)排銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)、以(yi)集約(yue)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)排銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)”要(yao)求,規劃(hua)(hua)“四量(liang)”,超前謀劃(hua)(hua)抽掘采銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),實(shi)現(xian)“日保(bao)(bao)旬(xun)、旬(xun)保(bao)(bao)月、月保(bao)(bao)季、季保(bao)(bao)年(nian)”銜(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)精準(zhun)調(diao)整。嚴格落(luo)實(shi)“一優(you)三(san)減”要(yao)求,構建“環節最(zui)簡、系統最(zui)優(you)、效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率最(zui)高(gao)(gao)、效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)最(zui)佳”集約(yue)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)礦井生產(chan)(chan)體系,有序實(shi)施(shi)精益(yi)化集約(yue)高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)礦井高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展三(san)年(nian)行(xing)動(dong),持(chi)續(xu)做好生產(chan)(chan)動(dong)態調(diao)整、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組織,確(que)保(bao)(bao)全(quan)年(nian)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)任務(wu)達(da)標。嚴格集團“資(zi)源盤活與(yu)爭(zheng)取”和(he)“三(san)下(xia)壓煤”開采新要(yao)求,加快推動(dong)壓煤村(cun)莊(zhuang)搬遷工作實(shi)施(shi)計劃(hua)(hua),為(wei)該礦實(shi)現(xian)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)發(fa)展提供有利(li)條件(jian)。
集(ji)約高效組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。該礦(kuang)圍(wei)繞集(ji)團(tuan)綠色智能(neng)開采(cai)要求及礦(kuang)井年度產(chan)量任務目標(biao),結合(he)礦(kuang)井生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)銜(xian)(xian)接布局(ju),持續優(you)化(hua)“2.0-2.5-3.0”高效生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)模式,推(tui)進(jin)以7107、8107、9106及7112工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面為(wei)(wei)主的(de)采(cai)煤(mei)主線組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi),實施(shi)以71B1、71B2及81-1采(cai)區的(de)系統巷道、9103等為(wei)(wei)主的(de)階梯性掘進(jin)主線進(jin)行組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi),優(you)化(hua)7112等工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面安裝(zhuang),完(wan)善(shan)9106里回撤(che)外安裝(zhuang)預案(an);實施(shi)7107、8107等工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面回撤(che)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi),為(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)銜(xian)(xian)接平穩接替(ti)過渡創優(you)條件。實施(shi)產(chan)運銷洗儲一體化(hua)聯動(dong),強化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)、銷售、洗煤(mei)三個關鍵環節一體化(hua)運行,科學調控(kong)煤(mei)炭品種、銷售策略(lve),加(jia)大效益煤(mei)銷售力度,提高煤(mei)炭儲裝(zhuang)運能(neng)力。持續完(wan)善(shan)能(neng)源保(bao)供(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)銜(xian)(xian)接計劃(hua)和(he)實施(shi)方案(an),保(bao)障(zhang)常態化(hua)能(neng)源安全(quan)保(bao)供(gong)。
示(shi)范引領(ling)打造標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)桿(gan)。該礦堅持“標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)桿(gan)引領(ling)、專項治理、精(jing)(jing)細管理”,持續推動(dong)“安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)月度提(ti)升(sheng)”深化(hua)(hua)落地(di)和(he)成果鞏固,開展安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)、質量(liang)、組織三(san)項管理提(ti)升(sheng)行動(dong),打造一(yi)批(pi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)精(jing)(jing)品工(gong)(gong)程,建設集團(tuan)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)管理體系標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)桿(gan)礦井,保持國家一(yi)級安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)管理體系動(dong)態達標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)。同(tong)時,持續高(gao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準實(shi)施和(he)運行“墩柱+柔模”沿空(kong)留巷工(gong)(gong)藝,71采區(qu)(qu)輔助運輸改造提(ti)升(sheng),主井改造提(ti)升(sheng),71采區(qu)(qu)系統優化(hua)(hua),實(shi)施創新創效,提(ti)升(sheng)示(shi)范引領(ling)作用(yong)。
經營質效強調“實”

持(chi)續開(kai)展(zhan)全面對表(biao)。開(kai)展(zhan)對標一(yi)流(liu)企業價(jia)值創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造行動,持(chi)續完(wan)善(shan)“11436”對標挖(wa)潛模式(shi)和行動方案,健全體(ti)(ti)系,提(ti)升(sheng)價(jia)值創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造競(jing)爭力。立(li)足效(xiao)益指標,開(kai)展(zhan)業財分(fen)析,釋放節支創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效(xiao)增盈(ying)潛力。圍繞(rao)對標挖(wa)潛項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),前期(qi)以“沿空留(liu)巷復用(yong)、機電‘三(san)化’管理、通風瓦斯智能化管控”等13項(xiang)(xiang)為基準,開(kai)展(zhan)優(you)秀值對標實踐,提(ti)升(sheng)效(xiao)率效(xiao)能。運用(yong)實時數據(ju)(ju)倉庫(ku)與(yu)動態可(ke)視化的數據(ju)(ju)分(fen)析和“三(san)位一(yi)體(ti)(ti)”工庫(ku)房,提(ti)升(sheng)物資(zi)管理水(shui)平。
