發揮優勢,提高人力資源管理水平(ping)(ping)。該公(gong)(gong)司按照(zhao)集團部署,及時與(yu)集團、化工(gong)(gong)事業(ye)部溝(gou)通協(xie)調,做好人員(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)息(xi)模塊和(he)薪酬(chou)模板的(de)數據導入(ru)。按照(zhao)時間節點嚴格核對系(xi)統(tong)(tong)數據,完(wan)成了人員(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)息(xi)和(he)薪酬(chou)社保公(gong)(gong)積(ji)金數據的(de)錄(lu)入(ru)。配(pei)合企管審計(ji)部協(xie)調督促各單位完(wan)成云表系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)考勤錄(lu)入(ru)。完(wan)成了山(shan)西省(sheng)國(guo)運(yun)數智(zhi)化平(ping)(ping)臺職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)個人基本信(xin)息(xi)的(de)錄(lu)入(ru)。做好內(nei)部人事、薪酬(chou)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)使(shi)用、山(shan)東省(sheng)勞動合同備案系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、山(shan)東省(sheng)退役軍人信(xin)息(xi)平(ping)(ping)臺及專業(ye)技術職(zhi)務(wu)申報評(ping)審平(ping)(ping)臺等的(de)更(geng)新維護。

注(zhu)重(zhong)人才引進培養,為基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)提供優秀(xiu)人才。按(an)照集團(tuan)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)招聘工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)部(bu)署,結合(he)實(shi)際(ji),做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好日常求職(zhi)(zhi)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)簡歷的(de)接(jie)收,完成求職(zhi)(zhi)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)信息數據的(de)分析統計。6月份按(an)照集團(tuan)的(de)招聘要求,開展了2023年(nian)高(gao)校畢業生招聘工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。針(zhen)對公司機構設置和人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)編制現狀,完成了定(ding)崗(gang)定(ding)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)施方案。做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好各廠、部(bu)門人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)崗(gang)位(wei)變(bian)動的(de)審核(he),完成了一般(ban)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)崗(gang)位(wei)變(bian)動試用期(qi)滿(man)考核(he)、新職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)入(ru)廠試用期(qi)滿(man)及一年(nian)期(qi)滿(man)鑒定(ding)考核(he)。積極(ji)參與基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)班組長(chang)競聘的(de)監督指導工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好了合(he)同(tong)簽訂、離(li)退休管理、完成職(zhi)(zhi)稱年(nian)度(du)評聘與考核(he)等(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)培(pei)訓(xun),提(ti)升員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技能(neng)(neng)水平。完成了(le)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)教育(yu)培(pei)訓(xun)中心整體搬遷(qian),可容納238名員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培(pei)訓(xun)。通過(guo)了(le)省市相(xiang)關部(bu)(bu)門(men)對人才自(zi)主評價(jia)資質(zhi)的督導(dao),可自(zi)主組(zu)織(zhi)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)總控工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、化(hua)(hua)學(xue)檢驗(yan)員、電工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、鉗工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、變配電運行(xing)值班(ban)員的職業技能(neng)(neng)等級認(ren)定(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。舉(ju)辦了(le)班(ban)組(zu)長素質(zhi)提(ti)升培(pei)訓(xun)班(ban),全(quan)部(bu)(bu)取(qu)得(de)了(le)《安全(quan)生產合格(ge)證書》。開(kai)辦“新(xin)型學(xue)徒(tu)制”化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)總控工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(高級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong))培(pei)訓(xun)班(ban),具(ju)備了(le)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)總控工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中級崗位(wei)操(cao)作能(neng)(neng)力。開(kai)辦了(le)“金(jin)藍領”電工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技師培(pei)訓(xun)班(ban),完成電工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技師取(qu)證工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
